Chicago bound!

Heading out to Chicago on Monday- Its time for my annual summer trip to the windy city. Make sure you follow me on Instagram @SKINNYINTERN if you want to keep up with me while I explore.

I will be sharing some of favorite restaurants (Deep dish pizza, anyone?), places to stay, where the locals go, and of course, lots of shopping!

When its comes to eating in Chicago and trying to eat healthy, its seems almost impossible. Im really conscious of what I put into my body and if I'm being completely honest, I get a little food depressed when I cant find healthy when traveling. I mean, a girl can only eat so many slices of plain cheese pizza before burning out. Thats why I've made it my mission to discover and share some of my favorite healthy restaurants while I'm there. 

In the past, I've stayed at some really great hotels in the downtown area. One of my favorites being the, Hotel Monaco. Ive stayed here a few times and I just love it. This hotel has gorgeous views of the city and its simply breathtaking. But, this time around, I will be staying somewhere new and I'm prepared to give you all a full review during my stay! This trip is all about the ins-and-outs of this gorgeous city and experiencing so much more than before.

The only thing left to do now, is pack! Easier said, than done.

Back from the Road.

Hi guys!

I just made it home from my crazy road trip to Alabama & Illinois. It was a really great time, but I'm so happy to be back in Florida and out of the car! Road trips are cool and all, but they would be so much better if I had a big hippie van with a bed in the back.

As for Holly, she's staying in her NY apartment for a couple of months. She will be down in Miami off and on for work, but in NY she's working on a really exciting project... wish I could share more details, but you'll just have to stick around to find out.
